It is very difficult for most people to start on the road to weight loss and fat loss because of long term bad habits developed earlier in life. Some of them range from the extreme of not eating at all to eating at 3am in the morning! I know some people will say "okay I heard this before" but it bears mentioning once again.
Eating after 7pm in the evening increases your chances for your weight and fat to continually expand as you get older. Your own body's metabolism slows down at the end of each day and more so for those that do no type of exercising at all, therefore making your body an automatic fat storing machine everyday at about the same time because many of you habitually eat after 7pm on a daily basis with no physical activity to counter body fat storage.
I would suggest for the undisciplined to start with an eating schedule that requires you to eat anything you want (as that is what you are most likely doing now) between the hours of 7am and 7pm daily to change your old habits of eating indiscriminately at anytime. Just by doing that alone will create a metabolism change in your body that will be noticeable depending on your dedication for eating on that schedule.
If followed as outlined, you will see a change in a matter of two weeks minimum, some people will see a drastic change and some will see a little but nevertheless you will see your physique change with lower body weight, less storing of fat, and increased energy.
